Dan Pearson – Keying into context – identifying and enhancing sense of place

Overview

A chance to see all the new developments at Hillside since our last visit in 2019, which include a wildlife pond, enhanced wet meadow planting and a new Sand Garden, where Dan is growing a range of Mediterranean plants supplied by Olivier Filippi amongst others. The 10 acres of pasture being managed as wildflower meadow will also be at their peak at this time.

Please note that we will be meeting the bus at Special Plants, due to no parking at Hillside, all details will be sent nearer the time. This will give us the opportunity to see the garden there and buy plants from Derry Watkins.
