Kelly and Sue – Unusual to Downright Rare Woodlanders

Sue Milliken and Kelly Dodson of Far Reaches Farm and Far Reaches Botanical Conservancy in Port Townsend, Washington USA, share their passion for choice shade perennials.  Inveterate plant collectors guided by the mantra “Too much is never enough”, they will take an OCD wander through some of the foundational genera of plant nerds: Disporum, Prosartes, Polygonatum, Heteropolygonatum, Maianthemum, Podophyllum/Dysosma, Trillium, Veratrum, Cardiocrinum, Oreocharis, Disporopsis etc.  They will address cultivation and propagation techniques as well.
