Garden Masterclass endeavour to keep the website up-to-date, but retain the right to update event information without notice.

Refund policy: If you cannot attend an event, a friend or family member is most welcome to attend in your place. However, you will need to provide us with their name, dietary requirements and contact email address/phone number as soon as possible prior to the course date.

If you cannot attend an event and we receive 4 weeks-notice or more – Garden Masterclass will refund the full cost of your ticket.

If you cannot attend an event with less than 4 weeks-notice we can offer you a transfer to another suitable event of the same value. 

If Garden Masterclass has to cancel any event due to illness or very low numbers, we will give you the option of a transfer to another event of the same value or a full refund of your payment.

Privacy and security: Garden Masterclass work with reputable third-party ticket providers, who use digital signatures and strong encryption to ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout every transaction.

Garden Masterclass will send out a seasonal email newsletter to update our everyone on mailing list with all events, news and any special offers. We do not disclose or sell our mailing list to any other party. You can choose to withdraw at any point if you do not wish to receive news from us.

Catering: We aim to ensure that all our events have quality catering. Dietary needs and preferences can be specified when booking. It is your responsibility to advise us.
