Garden Chat ArchiveHorticulturalist Bongani Ntloko works at the Katse Botanical Garden in Lesotho. This garden was created by the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority as a repository for plant material removed from the floor of the Katse Dam, before it was filled with water. Now the garden boasts a unique collection of indigenous Lesotho plants, many of which are rare and endangered and other are medicinal and of value to traditional healers.Bongani shares with us the incredibly beautiful and diverse flora of his country with some lovely photography and his work with diamond mining companies on native vegetation restoration.
