Designer Spotlight – Tracy McQue

You might have recently seen Tracy’s stunning Loch Lomond project gracing the cover of Gardens Illustrated, which is the subject of the second part of her talk.  We chat to Tracy about her career to date, what it is like designing in the wilds of Scotland and pick up some of her tips for effective design and successful planting. Interestingly her planting technique is partly inspired by the German Mixed Planting style, and so does not use a planting plan. Tracy’s website
