A day with Carl Wright at Caher Bridge Garden and exploring the Burren

When Friday 29 May 2026, 9.30am – 4.30pm

Location Online (live)

Overview

We are very excited to partner with the RHSI on this very special day with Carl Wright in Co. Clare.

Carl has made the most enchanting garden into a cleft of the Burren, which is an extraordinary limestone landscape that sits beside the Atlantic Ocean, on Ireland’s rugged west coast.

We will spend the morning with Carl exploring the Burren to find its botanical treasures, then in the afternoon we will be at Caher Bridge to hear about how Carl created this masterpiece over the past thirty years.

At the end of the day (weather permitting) Carl has suggested that we might want to explore the area of the Burren that surrounds his garden.

Teas and coffee will be provided but please bring a packed lunch or retreat to a local pub.
